So many Android users have experienced this, seeing this error code 12001 when they try to use the app on their device. This issue affects both Smartphones and tablets.
These Error code 12001 problems is caused by the presence of outdated data on your device. So you have to refresh the data to get the Netflix app working again. Here is how to do this;
On your Android device > Go to settings
Navigate to apps and notifications > see all apps
Then, scroll down and Tap on the Netflix entry.
On the Netflix Sub-menu,> move to storage and cache
Then tap on clear storage and clear cache.
Netflix Error 1012 on iOS
This error code is commonly observed by iOS users. It is as a result of network connectivity issue – when your network app cannot reach the Netflix service.
This can be solved by taking troubleshooting steps to fix this issue. For instance, restarting the app, restarting your device and restarting your home network.
If you try the above and it doesn’t work, then you will have to reset the Netflix app from within the iOS setting menu by;
