FG signs N14.7bn MoU on production of new ECOWAS ID cards

ABUJA – The Federal Government has marked a Memorandum of Understanding MoU with Euphoria Press Limited for the beginning of the creation of a solitary biometric character card for Nigerians going inside the ECOWAS sub-region. The project is worth N14.7 billion.
